By using these services, you agree to:
- The terms and conditions of the applicable payment processor
- Card network rules (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
- All underwriting and approval requirements
Swipe Tech is not responsible for:
- Approval or denial of merchant accounts
- Processing delays or funding times
- Chargebacks, disputes, or fines issued by processors or card networks
5. Fees & Pricing
Fees for services may include:

- Transaction or processing fees
- Hardware or service-related charges
All fees will be disclosed in your agreement or onboarding documents. You agree to pay all applicable fees associated with your use of the services.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services for:
- Illegal or fraudulent activities
- Prohibited industries as defined by payment processors
- Activities that violate card network rules
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for violations.
7. Third-Party Services
Our services may integrate with third-party platforms. We are not responsible for:
- The performance or availability of third-party services
- Any losses caused by third-party providers
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to services at any time if:

- Required by a payment processor or legal authority
- There is suspected fraud or risk
You may terminate your use of services at any time, subject to any contractual obligations.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Swipe Tech is not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of revenue, profits, or data
- Issues related to third-party payment processors
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to us for services in the preceding period.

- Service uptime or availability
- Processing speed or approval
- Compatibility with all systems
